Roasted Potatoes is a classic, easy-to-make, and nourishing side dish everyone will enjoy. It is perfect for any meal, adding a deliciously crispy texture and savoury flavour.

 
Supplies:

  • • The Quattro or Primo Wood Burning Pizza Oven
  • • Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet
  • Ingredients:

  • • 1 lb mini potatoes
  • • Salt
  • • Zerillo Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • • Chopped rosemary
  • • Chopped sage
  • • Thyme
    • Step 1.

      Fire up your Ciao Bella Pizza Oven. Aim for 380-390°F on the stones. You can check the temperature inside your oven quickly and easily using the built-in temperature thermometer gauge.

    • Step 2.

      Cut the potatoes in half and place them in a bowl.

    • Step 3.

      Season the potatoes with salt, chopped rosemary, sage, thyme, and some Zerillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

    • Step 4.

      Mix everything in the bowl so the potatoes are coated evenly.

    • Step 5.

      Place the potatoes facing down inside a 12-inch Ciao Bella Cast Iron Skillet.

    • Step 6.

      Cook the potatoes inside the Ciao Bella Pizza Oven at around 380°F for 20 minutes.

    • Step 7.

      Take them out of the oven once they are golden brown or when you can easily pierce through the crispy skin of the potato.
